Enzalutamide is an oral androgen receptor inhibitor used in the treatment of prostate cancer. It works by blocking androgen receptors, preventing the growth of cancer cells driven by male hormones. It is indicated for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC), non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (nmCRPC), and metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC).
